Street Guide as a Literary Genre: La Manada City

This study thoroughly examines La Manada (The Wolf Pack) City, an artwork that illuminates the various forms of violence and oppression experienced by urban communities, particularly women marginalized groups. Our research specifically focuses on literary elements this painted map which demonstrates transition from defensive to artistic strategies as a means survival. Initially, we aim provide comprehensive background artwork, including its title, social context, incidents inspired idea, author’s activism. Subsequently, scrutinize resources 257 items comprise street guide map. By analysing names given locations map, devices semantic fields, observe reminiscences classic surrealist paintings artist’s ability protect herself while revealing hidden behind guise antithesis, alliteration, metaphor, other devices. To demonstrate effectiveness our research, compared it two maps with different intentions. findings confirm strength operates both locally globally. As representation former emporium city Seville, exposes adverse impact dominant capitalistic community life, perpetuating inequalities for countless “poor owners world” disregarding nature culture.
